What Product Planning Does
“It starts with a simple thought: “I wish there were a product like this.””
Product Planning takes that initial idea and develops it into a product people will want to choose, shaping everything from the concept and visuals to how it is promoted.
Product Planning and Development
Product development begins with understanding market trends and data. The team defines the target and develops the concept, then brings it to life through decisions on colors, materials, and product specifications. Every product starts with an idea shaped by the planning team.
Creative Direction
Creative Direction shapes the visual identity of each product, covering everything from package design and shoot direction to copywriting and color proofing. The team communicates what makes each product unique by creating a consistent look and feel across every touchpoint.
Promotion
From planning campaigns with the Marketing team to creating social media content, the work covers a wide range of promotional activities. Working closely with teams across the company, Product Planning develops ways to connect each product with its audience.
