Who you want to be is your strength.
When you think about who you want to be, it’s natural to wonder if you’ll ever get there.
Even so, we choose to keep moving forward and stay true to who we want to be. We believe that determination is what brings us closer to our aspirations. Pursuing who you want to be is beautiful in itself.
Our products and businesses are part of “who we want to be” as a company. At the same time, they are a way for us to help others become more of “who they want to be.”
Rather than focusing on the possibility that our aspirations may be out of reach, we choose to believe in a future where they can become reality. And we want to keep moving forward alongside those who continue to look within themselves and take steps toward who they want to be.
Who you want to be is your strength. Our hopes and determination have the power to shape today and the future.

How We Work at T-Garden
Take a closer look at Product Planning and Corporate Administration, two key functions that support T-Garden’s business.
Who We’re Looking For
At T-Garden, we value passion and commitment more than skills. We look for people who genuinely care about what they do.
-
A deep curiosity for what you love
We look for people who stay curious about trends and take the time to explore what they love. You may be passionate about color contact lenses or have a deep interest in cosmetics. It’s the depth of that interest and the passion behind it that we value. We believe this can become the starting point for creating great products. We also value people who can go beyond instinct and put their thoughts into words, explaining not just what they like, but why.
-
Turning ideas into action
At T-Garden, experience or seniority doesn't determine who gets to take on new challenges. Those who speak up about what they want to pursue and take the initiative have the chance to make it happen. Having a good idea is only the beginning. We value people who can get others on board, take action, and keep moving forward until that idea becomes a reality. More than skills alone, it’s the commitment to follow through that helps people thrive at T-Garden.
-
Sincerity at the Core
At T-Garden, you’ll find people with different styles, perspectives, and personalities. What they share is a genuine sense of sincerity. Being honest with ourselves and others, and treating both our work and the people around us with sincerity, is fundamental to how we work. It’s a simple value, but one we deeply care about.
